Yes you can add custom exercises in any program.

  1. Head to Logbook
  2. Start todays workout
  3. scroll to bottom of any exercise
  4. Press "Add Exercise"
    1. Choose to add your new exercise before or after current
  5. Press Create Exercise
  6. Enter an exercise name, sets, reps and press the photo icon to add an image
  7. Then press save
